Our relationship with True MD started with a brochure design and evolved into a branding and strategy project with med spa marketing taking center stage.
Although the client was not open to a logo redesign, we worked to enhance the overall brand image and brand voice through color and other visual marketing materials. We created a new stationery package including a business card, letterhead, envelope and notecard. We also developed new internal signage within the space and encouraged them to draw the brand into their med spa environment.
We evolved the digital presence of True MD through the creation of a new website built on a wordpress platform. We employed compelling images, enhanced user experience and compelling copywriting to describe their services spoken from the tone of the brand voice. Before and after pictures and testimonials were also added to the website to connect with the potential patient.
Our team analyzed all of the current marketing and advertising outlets being utilized by True MD, and reviewed all budgets and programs in order to maximize marketing spend on initiatives that were producing results. A comprehensive marketing plan was developed and fully executed by Nice Branding, and over a 3 year period, our efforts resulted in a decrease in med spa marketing spend and an increase in patient counts. In our third year with True MD, monthly average marketing dollars spent decreased by $7828, while seeing an increase of about 50 new patients each month.
From a marketing standpoint, we created a functional monthly med spa marketing system that allowed for ease and efficiency, while helping to spread the word about monthly specials. This system included a print advertisement, an email blast, a rack card to be distributed to business with similar demographics, a banner stand to be displayed in a high-traffic area, social posts, social profile art, and website graphics. We also designed and coordinated quarterly billboards and direct mail pieces and monthly digital ads.
Additionally, our team was responsible for the management of the med spa’s social media platforms for a period of 2 years, which resulted in an increase of 1764 followers.
We created an overview brochure for the med spa client that was conducive to the addition of new services. The brochure was a pocket-folder style, with multiple stacked inserts. This allowed our client to easily add to the brochure as they grew the number of services they added to their offerings, without having to reprint the entire brochure. Instead, a service could be added to a particular insert and we could simply reprint that insert.
Overall, med spa marketing played a huge role in our work with True MD. We are proud to state that we made an impact on the bottom line by increasing patient counts and decreasing marketing costs, all while creating and implementing a strong brand.
