A Little About You: You shift gears without popping your clutch. You juggle 25 projects a day without dropping the ball on a single one and actually enjoy the struggle of the juggle. You have mastered InDesign & can keep files overly organized (no exceptions here).

Reporting to Art Director
What This Role Looks Like:
You will be responsible for taking designs from conceptualization to implementation, and successfully pairing creative solutions with branding and marketing strategies. You’ll be able to develop original concepts from scratch, as well as repurpose a design that has already been created. Additionally, you must be able to manage client project schedules, priorities, budgets, and hourly requirements.

What It Takes to Obtain This Role:
MINIMUM of 3 years in a designer role within a creative agency.
Experience in typography, basic web development and design, CMS platforms, email marketing, social media platforms, and Apple computers.
Expert knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Standard knowledge of other creative applications is not required but is an advantage.
Overall understanding of marketing and advertising strategies, analytics, and digital-marketing strategies, as well as the overall creative process and workflow.
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye for design aesthetics.
Strong knowledge of print production and vendor management.
A strong work ethic with critical thinking skills.
Excellent customer-service skills and strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines quickly and efficiently.
Impeccable organization skills.
Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Facilitate job work orders and maintain flow of production.
